Our Event Space is a versatile 2000 sq ft lounge in Brooklyn, offering a modern and retro ambiance and contemporary furniture. The space is a white box, allowing for easy customization and transformation to suit various event types. Perfect for corporate events, parties, launches, pop-ups, shoots, galas, and more. It offers a modern-retro ambiance with LED lighting, a lounge, karaoke, a photo wall, games, Wi-Fi, a sound system, TVs, bathrooms, a bar, and seating.

RATES
Our Space is reserved on the hourly basis. Hourly rates vary depending on a few factors including day of the week, number of guests, and type of event.
4 Hours (Minimum) We charge $200 hourly / $250 hourly weekend charge
6 Hours (Comes with a security guard and one bartender) - $2000
24 Hour Access (Just the space) - $3000
Staging setup and decorations ( price may vary )
HOURS OF OPERATIONS
At Point Z we are open 24 hours a day based on the event and times guests would like to book. 4 hours is the minimum time frame in which we require bookings to be.
RESERVATIONS
Our space is reserved on a first come first served basis - we do NOT soft hold dates or guarantee availability until the booking has been confirmed.
The time of the reservation cannot be changed after the booking is confirmed, additional hours may be added if availability allows.
Please note that event cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of one week's notice from the date and time you specify durring booking and after that time it is non-refundable. Terms and conditions can be found at the bottom of the page.
